Land Sales Bulletin reports on rural land sales of 20 acres or greater. The data is obtained from state or county courthouses. This makes the bulletin the most comprehensive factual data reported.
The bulletin saves time, expense, and the hassle of gathering this information yourself. It allows you to quickly sort through the sales data at your convenience. The knowledge of who bought what, when, and where can be applied to any business whether buying, selling, appraising, brokering, managing, or farming.
Our mission is to serve our customers by reporting accurate and timely data on individual land sales, analysis of the aggregate data while reporting other information pertinent to land ownership, and the activities associated with such ownership.

The Illinois Land Sales Bulletin was started in 1986. Evan Lemenager took over the bulletin in 2000 out of his home. At that time, Illinois was reporting around 67 counties.
Illinois is reporting in at least 99 counties and the bulletin expanded by adding Wisconsin. In 2013 the company moved to an office in Monroe, WI and added the state of Indiana. Evan's wife, Vicki, manages 2 employees and we are now known as Land Sales Bulletin.
