You shall not use the Services in lieu of walk-through appraisal or other form of appraisal by a certified appraiser.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Service Subscription Fees

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Taxes

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription for paid Services will continue indefinitely until terminated in accordance with these Terms of Use. After your initial subscription period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically commence on the first day following the end of such period (each “Renewal Commencement Date”) and continue for an additional equivalent period, at Land Sales Bulletin’s then-current price for such subscription. You agree that your Account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature unless you cancel your subscription at any time period to the Renewal Commencement Date. If you cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period. By subscribing, you authorize Land Sales Bulletin, LLC to charge your Payment Provider now, and again at the beginning of any subsequent subscription period. Upon renewal of your subscription, if Land Sales Bulletin, LLC does not receive payment from your Payment Provider, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Account upon demand and/or we may either terminate or suspend your subscription and continue to attempt to charge your Payment Provider until payment is received (upon receipt of payment, your Account will be activated and for purposes of automatic renewal, your new subscription commitment period will begin as of the day payment was received).

Free Trials and Other Promotions

Any free trial or other promotion that provides Registered User level access to a paid Service must be used within the specified time of the trial. At the end of the trial period, your use of that Service will expire and any further use of the Service is prohibited unless you pay the applicable subscription fee. If you are inadvertently charged for a subscription, please contact Land Sales Bulletin, LLC to have the charges reversed.

Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
